Gretton Silver Band is based in the picturesque village of Gretton, just a few short miles outside of Corby, Northamptonshire. It is one of just two remaining village bands in the area and has been continuously operating for over 140 years. A non-contesting band that has members of all ages and talent who meet to have fun, enjoy music and entertain audiences with varied programmes to suit all tastes.

We are very fortunate to be twinned with our friends in Droue and enjoy being able to host them here, as well as being their guests in France.
Health Advice from Brass Band England - Covid -19
In order to keep our members informed and follow our duty of care the Gretton Silver Band have been following guidelines published by Brass Band England/PHE. We will continue to monitor all national and BBE advice and make decisions over rehearsals / events based on this advice.
******* BREAKING NEWS*******
Following the government’s announcement 31/10/20, detailing the forthcoming national lockdown, it is with heavy hearts that we, once again, have to cease rehearsals.
Thank you to everyone for your support and especially to those who made the return to rehearsal possible, even though it was only for a short time.
We look forward to resuming rehearsals as soon as it is safe to do so, once current restrictions are lifted.
